Only 300 meters from the nearest beach, this elegant 2 bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation with private swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas. The bright modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area open out onto the swimming pool terrace next to pergola shade with outdoor dining furniture. Next to the pool there is a BBQ facility.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, shaker, kettle and a microwave. A smart/ android 43′ TV with satellite channels, free high speed Wi-Fi throughout, hair dryer, safe deposit box and iron facility are standard.
On the 1st floor, the villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.
Set on a private plot with off street parking NARCISSOS Villa Doria is located in a quiet area of Protaras, (Cavo Greco), between the two most popular tourist resorts of Cyprus, cosmopolitan AGIA NAPA and relaxing PROTARAS. The famous KONNOS BAY is only 1 Km and FIG TREE BAY 2 Km. Narcissos Villa Doria is in the same building complex with Villa 2 and Villa 3 which makes it convenient for 2 or 3 families to enjoy their holiday next to each other.
Useful and important information: Check in is after 3pm and check out before 10:30am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 30 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of of EUR 50 per person is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 – 9:00 hours
