Narcissos ‘Nissi Beach’ apartment C2 is an outstanding ground floor 1-bedroom apartment with a communal pool. It is conveniently and ideally situated in the heart of the Nissi Beach area of Ayia Napa and just 450m to the award winning ‘Nissi’ Beach with its soft white sand and turquoise waters. All major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue like the Nissi Beach Resort are within walking distance of the apartment. This beautiful fully renovated apartment is furnished to a high standard, with a modern, spacious feel throughout the property. It can accommodate up to 4 people with one large bedroom and a sofa bed (140 X190 cm) within the living area. The bedroom boasts a king size bed (160X200cm) and leads out to the enclosed patio, the bathroom with it’s walk-in shower is slightly off set from the kitchen and of a great size. The living room and bedroom have straight access to an amazing size veranda (24 m2) which has a direct access to the immaculate communal swimming pool. The veranda provides 2 sun loungers and umbrella for our guests to enjoy unlimited sunshine. Also, a dining table to enjoy some al fresco dining whilst enjoying views of the immaculate communal swimming pool. The veranda has a direct access and views of the communal pool.
The apartment features an open-plan living space that combines a cozy lounge area with modern furnishings, such as Android/ smart flat-screen TV, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes all necessary modern appliances and essential kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

Useful information: For stays of 14 nights and over we provide 1-time free cleaning service and linen change during the stay. Electricity usage for a normal daily use is included in the rate. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival in cash. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment.
