Only 300 meters from the nearest beach, this elegant newly renovated 3 bedroom villa is fully air-condioned and offers accommodation with private swimming pool and sunbeds.
The villa consists of a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Standard amenities feature a smart Android 43″ TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a hair dryer, a safety deposit box, and ironing facilities. Having a sofa bed (140X200cm) in the living room the villa can easily accommodate two extra adults, totaling 8 persons. Additional charge applies for the 7th and/or 8th person/s. There are also 3 bathrooms in the villa which they all have been fully renovated during February 2025. A shower and a toilet on the ground floor, a walk in shower with a toilet on the first floor and en-suite shower and toilet in the one of the double bedrooms.
For BBQ lovers, there is a fully equipped BBQ facility next to the pergola shade, complete with dining furniture for a relaxing meal.
Modernly furnished and spacious, this three-bedroom and two-storey villa includes three bathrooms and an external pool shower.
Useful and important information: Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 36 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and or groups of 7 and or 8 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 50 per person is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 – 9:00 hours
