Narcissos ‘Nissi Beach’ Apartment C12, is conveniently situated in the heart of the Nissi Beach area of Ayia Napa; two hundred meters from the well-known Nissi Beach Hotel. The apartment is on the second floor and features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It has two large bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with plenty of wardrobes and also has a large bathroom with a walk in shower.
Elegantly and newly renovated, this 82m² two-bedroom apartment with communal pool is fully air-conditioned and has a smart Android 43′ TV with satellite channels and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. Bright and with modern furnishing, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safe deposit box and ironing equipment. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and or 6th person/s at extra charged).
The fully furnished, 32m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool, making it an ideal spot to enjoy having a meal. 2 sun beds & umbrella are also available on the balcony.
The apartment offers covered parking and the building has an elevator.
Useful and important information: Check in is after 2:30pm and check out is before 11am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 26 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and or groups of 5 and or 6 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 50 per person is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 – 9:00 hours
