Narcissos ‘Nissi Beach’ Apartment C16, is a well-kept one-bedroom apartment located on the exclusive Nissi 3 development just 400m from the well-known Nissi Beach and within walking distance to the major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue.
The fully renovated apartment is located on the second floor and enjoys a lovely view of the communal swimming pool and features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a good size bedroom (double bed 160X200cm) with built in wardrobes. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. (3rd and or 4th person/s at extra charged). Bedroom and living room both have straight access via sliding doors to the 20m2 lovely balcony. On the balcony a good size dining table to enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars and 2 sun beds with umbrella to enjoy unlimited sunshine are available for you to relax.
The apartment itself is fully air-conditioned, has a flat-screen (smart/android) TV with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box and ironing equipment. Apartment finishes up with a luxury big size master bathroom which now features a walk-in shower (Renovated February 2026). Both adults and children communal pool are of a good size and kept in excellent condition.
The apartment is ideally located within walking distance to all possible amenities, like restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, bus stop and is about 2 Km away from the main touristic Ayia Napa. It also offers free covered parking and it has a lift.

Electricity usage for a normal daily use is included in the rate. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.
For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival in cash. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment.
