Narcissos ‘Nissi Beach’ Apartment C3, is a well-kept ground floor one-bedroom apartment located on the exclusive Nissi 3 development just 400m from Nissi Beach and within walking distance to the major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue. Location is within walking distance to all possible amenities and facilities as well as to main touristic Ayia Napa. The apartment has a large communal pool and neighbour is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment has been fully renovated (December 2025) and consists of open plan living, dining, kitchen areas. Living room has straight access to an amazing size veranda and a small garden area in front of the veranda where one can enjoy unlimited sunshine plus access and views of the communal pools and garden areas. Apartment finishes up with very good size bedroom with built in wardrobes plus a very luxury big size master bathroom which now features a walk-in shower. Bedroom has also straight access via sliding doors to the lovely veranda and garden. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. (3rd and or 4th person/s at extra charged).This fully air-conditioned apartment has a flat-screen 43′ TV (smart/ android) with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safe deposit box and ironing equipment. The fully furnished, 24m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal at any time.
Both adults and kids communal pool are of very big size and kept in excellent condition. Ayia Napa has something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or some quality family time, you won’t be disappointed! Here one can find some of the best beaches on the island and with Nissi Beach only 400m from the property you don’t have far to go. Waterworld Waterpark is only a 5-minute drive/bus ride from the apartment and whatever your age you will enjoy this fantastic day out. The bus stop is located 100m from the complex.
The apartment offers free covered parking.

Useful and important information: Check in is after 2:30pm and check out is before 11am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 22 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and or groups of 3 and or 4 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 50 per person is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 – 9:00 hours
