Only 300 meters from the nearest beach, this elegant newly renovated 3 bedroom villa is fully air-condioned and offers accommodation with private swimming pool and sunbeds.
The villa consists of a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Standard amenities feature a smart Android 43″ TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a hair dryer, a safety deposit box, and ironing facilities. Having a sofa bed (140X200cm) in the living room the villa can easily accommodate two extra adults, totaling 8 persons. Additional charge applies for the 7th and/or 8th person/s. There are also 3 bathrooms in the villa which they all have been fully renovated during February 2025. A shower and a toilet on the ground floor, a walk in shower with a toilet on the first floor and en-suite shower and toilet in the one of the double bedrooms.
For BBQ lovers, there is a fully equipped BBQ facility next to the pergola shade, complete with dining furniture for a relaxing meal.
